At Peas Project, we are passionate about bridging the relationship gap between cultures. Peas Project provides cross-cultural consulting services to individuals, businesses, and organisations. The goal is to help people better understand different cultures, so they can work together more effectively and have meaningful and lasting cross-cultural relationships.
As a first generation skilled migrant from Asia, Lu has had first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities faced by the minority groups living in their adopted country. Lu specialises in delivering impactful workshops, seminars, one-on-one coaching and consulting services that help clients achieve their diversity, equity and inclusion pledge. She is committed to helping clients develop the skills and knowledge to succeed in an increasingly multicultural and multi-identity environment.

Learning what can offend was very valuable and makes me realise some things, we should have had this workshop immediately after the merger so we could have integrated a bit easier in places, less offensively it seems.
